The Portal is maintained by the Department of Digital Ajman (DDA). The open datasets published on the Portal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing use, modification, and sharing for any purpose, provided appropriate credit is given. Other materials, such as descriptive text and success stories, remain the proprietary content of DDA.

Restrictions on Use of Materials

These Terms are governed by Law Number (2) of 2023 for Data Management and Protection in the Emirate of Ajman. The platform is in compliance with the laws, terms, and regulations in effect in the Emirate of Ajman and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of the Portal will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ajman.
